No Onion No Garlic Tomato Pulav Recipe. Tomato Pulav/Palav can be prepared in different ways with different spices. Each variety will be tasty in its own way. Very easy to make and it is simply delicious.
This is another no onion, no garlic dish.

Ingredients No Onion, No Garlic Tomato Pulav Recipe:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 3 to 4 medium size tomatoes
  • few curry leaves(optional)
  • 3 TBSP oil
  • 1¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp coriander seeds
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sompu/fennel seeds
  • 2 one inch ginger
  • 2 one inch cinnamon
  • 4 cloves
  • ⅛ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ cup grated coconut
  • 2 byadagi red chillies
  • 1 pulav leaf/ bayleaf
  • 1½ cup water

Note:

  • If you adding garlic grind it along with the masala.
  • If you are adding onions chop it and fry it before you add the masala to fry.
