  1. . Remove the seeds from the jackfruit and keep it ready.
  2. Grind it to a fine paste.
  3. Dry roast the rice rava.
  4. Mix rava, puree,jaggery, cardamom powder and salt in a bowl. And mix it well. Keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes
  5. After 20 to 25 minutes mix it again.
  6. Grease the plate with ghee. Pour the idli batter and spread it on the plate.
  7. Steam cook the idli for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn off the heat. Leave it for few minutes before you take it out.
  8. Now the idli is ready to eat.
  9. Enjoy this hot Jackfruit idli with ghee.
