Cucumber Chaat | Southekayi Chaat | Street Chaats

Cucumber chaat or southekayi chaat reminds me of my college days, we used buy from the churumuri stall near our college. Both tomato chaat and southekayi masale are our regular snack during our lunch time. Cucumber chaat is quick and easy. healthy snack.  Make this green chutney ahead of time, you can freeze it and use it when you need.

Here is the recipe of mouthwatering cucumber chaat.

Ingredients for making cucumber chaat:

  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ tbsp green chutney (more or less)
  • ¼ tsp or salt to taste
  • little lemon juice

Method:

  1. Wash and peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes, to this add add green chutney,
  2. salt and little lemon juice
  3. mix it and serve
