Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp gasagase/poppy seeds
  • 15 almonds(soaked in water)
  • 1 cardamom
  • 3 to 4 tbsp or to taste – jaggery
  • 4 cup water
  • pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Rinse the poppy seeds thoroughly.
  2. Peel the almonds and grind them along with cardamom and poppy seeds into a fine paste, adding water as needed.
  3. Add jaggery and blend again until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a jar, add water, and salt, mix well and serve.
