Ingredients:
- few Okra/bendekayi
For grinding:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- juice of lime/lemon
- 3 green chilies(depends on your preference)
- coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients except bendekai, and squeeze the lemon. Add a little water if needed, then transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Wash and dry the bendekai, then cut it in the middle as shown.
- Fill the masale into each bendekai following the same procedure.
- Repeat the process with the remaining bendekai.
- Choose tender okra, also known as bendekai, lady finger, or bhindi.
