Ingredients for home remed Joint Pain:
- 20 to 25 neem leaves
- 1 tsp papaya seeds
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method:
- boil 2 cups of water on medium heat
- wash and crush the neem leaves using mortar and pestle
- add this crushed neem leaves to the boiling water along with papaya seeds
- now the water is reduced to 1/2 . turn off the heat and then strain it to a cup
- add 1 tsp lemon juice mix it, kashaya is ready, take 1/2 cup in the morning and remaining 1/2 cup in the evening, Try this remedy at least for a month.

- Take this remedy on empty stomach in the morning and evening ( you have leave 3 to 4 hours after the afternoon meal)
