Ingredients for  home remed Joint Pain:

  • 20 to 25 neem leaves
  • 1 tsp papaya seeds
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method:

  1. boil 2 cups of water on medium heat
  2. wash and crush the neem leaves using mortar and pestle
  3. add this crushed neem leaves to the boiling water along with papaya seeds
  4. now the water is reduced to 1/2 . turn off the heat and then strain it to a cup
  5. add 1 tsp lemon juice mix it, kashaya is ready, take 1/2 cup in the morning and remaining 1/2 cup in the evening, Try this remedy at least for a month.

How and when to take this remedy? :

  1. Take this remedy on empty stomach in the morning and evening ( you have leave 3 to 4 hours after the afternoon meal)
