Ingredients for the home remedy for vomiting in pregnancy:
Remedy 1:
- 3 inches of winter melon/ash gourd
- 1.5 inch carrot piece
- 2 inch piece beetroot
- 1 to 1.5 inch radish/moolangi
- 4 spinach leaves
How to Prepare:
- Chop all the ingredients and grind it without adding water, then now add little water and grind it
- add remaining water, mix it and strain it to a cup
- drink this juice in the morning on empty stomach
Remedy 2:
- 1 tsp sesame seeds/til/eLLu
- little jaggery
- 1/2 cup water
How to prepare:
- powder this sesame seeds using a mortar and pestle
- soak this sesame seeds powder in 1 to 2 tbsp of water overnight
- grind this in the morning along with jaggery to a fine paste, then add the remaining water, mix it
- strain the juice and drink it in the morning on empty stomach
Remedy 3:
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 cup water
How to prepare:
- boil 1 cup of water, to this add kallu sakkare, coriander seeds
- Once the water is reduced to half, turn off the heat, strain this water, drink it in the morning on empty stomach
