Home remedy for Vomiting in Pregnancy | mane maddu

Swayampaaka Home Remedies Vomiting in Pregnancy.
Nausea and Vomiting is normal during first trimester of the pregnancy. Most of the time this symptoms are manageable. But in some cases it will be severe and needs medical attention as well. In that please seek proper medical care and make sure you are ok.
For few pregnant ladies feels nauseated or vomit when they smell or even looking at the food or thinking about it. This makes them weak . so Try one of these remedies which gives the strength and nutrition during this time.

Ingredients  for the home remedy for vomiting in pregnancy:

Remedy 1:

  • 3 inches of winter melon/ash gourd
  • 1.5 inch carrot piece
  • 2 inch piece beetroot
  • 1 to 1.5 inch radish/moolangi
  • 4 spinach leaves

How to Prepare:

  • Chop all the ingredients and grind it without adding water, then now add little water and grind it
  • add remaining water, mix it and strain it to a cup
  • drink this juice in the morning on empty stomach

Remedy 2:

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds/til/eLLu
  • little jaggery
  • 1/2 cup water

How to prepare:

  • powder this sesame seeds using a mortar and pestle
  • soak this sesame seeds powder in 1 to 2 tbsp of water overnight
  • grind this in the morning along with jaggery to a fine paste, then add the remaining water, mix it
  • strain the juice and drink it in the morning on empty stomach

Remedy 3:

  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 cup water

How  to  prepare:

  • boil 1 cup of water, to this add kallu sakkare, coriander seeds
  • Once the water is reduced to half, turn off the heat, strain this water, drink it in the morning on empty stomach
